EPA is reconsidering the GHG3 rule and California emission waivers, signaling a shift toward less stringent regulations that may reshape the trucking industry's future.

Alterations to federal emission regulations for Class 8 trucks are likely in the coming months, but the timeline for those changes is unclear, according to industry observers.
