Wilson Logistics Inc., based in Springfield, Mo., has purchased the assets of Haney Truck Line, adding flatbed and heavy-specialized freight hauling to its portfolio of trucking and logistics services while significantly expanding business in the Pacific Northwest and parts of Canada.
