Two state agencies in South Carolina have partnered to launch virtual weigh stations to improve efficiencies in freight transportation.

Actor and Stax Engineering founding partner Edward Norton promoted his company’s technology that captures ship emissions, saying the company has worked with CARB and the shipping industry.
