Supreme Court Agrees to Hear ATA Appeal in L.A. Port Case

The U.S. Supreme Court has agreed to hear an appeal from American Trucking Associations in聽ATA鈥檚 lawsuit over what it calls 鈥渂urdensome鈥 requirements the Port of Los Angeles has put on fleets serving the port, the court said.
