Pennsylvania truckers are paying slightly less for diesel this year, thanks to lower average wholesale fuel prices last year that led the state to drop the motor fuel tax rate.

Gov. Brian Kemp on Oct. 6 signed an executive order that extends Georgia’s excise tax suspension on diesel and gas through Nov. 11.
