Celadon Group Inc. announced several promotions within to its senior management team. The changes are effective immediately.

Celadon Group Inc. and its Quality Drivers subsidiary announced they have opened a new driver-training center in Henderson, Colorado, near Denver.

Celadon Group Inc. purchased Taylor Express Inc., a regional dry van and dry bulk for-hire and dedicated truckload carrier, for $43 million in cash, the Indianapolis-based carrier announced Jan. 26.
