October Housing Starts Rise to Highest Level Since 1986

Housing starts in October rose to the highest level in almost 18 years, as builders started work on 1.96 million homes at an annual rate, up 2.9% from a revised 1.905 million pace in September, the Commerce Department reported Wednesday.

Diesel Price Increases 0.5 Cent to $1.481

The average retail price of diesel fuel in the United States rose 0.5 cent to $1.481 per gallon, the Department of Energy reported Monday.
