Judge Upholds D.C. Hazmat Ban in Ruling Against CSX

A federal judge Monday upheld the District of Columbia’s law banning rail hazardous materials shipments near the U.S. Capitol, clearing the way for hazmat shipments to be rerouted starting Wednesday.
