Florida Delays Start of Program to Give Port Truckers ID Cards

Florida鈥檚 plan to roll out a transportation workers鈥 security identification card valid at any of the state鈥檚 14 ports has been delayed from its planned July 1 rollout, a spokesman for the state agency that would implement the program said last week.
