Xata Gets $6 Million in Funding
Onboard computer maker Xata Corp. said it had received $6 million in new funding from private equity firm Trident Capital.
The funding will allow Xata to develop new products aimed at for-hire carriers and other parts of the transportation industry, the company said Wednesday.
Trident currently has a 42% stake in Minneapolis-based Xata.
