Werner to Use ACS Document Scanning
Truckload carrier Werner Enterprises said it will begin using TripPak Express, an online document-scanning system provided by Dallas-based information technologrm ACS for drivers’ daily paperwork.
Werner, Omaha, Neb., said the TripPak system provides a drop box allowing drivers to submit trip envelopes and other documents for processing from truck stops across the country. Werner said it will retire its proprietary drop-box system.
Werner is ranked No. 14 on the 2007 Transport Topics 100 listing of U.S. and Canadian for-hire carriers.
