Bay Grove Capital said it is combining the operations of five refrigerated warehousing companies acquired over the past three years under the name Lineage Logistics.

The company will operate 40 facilities in eight states.

Bay Grove’s purchases have included: Seafreeze Cold Storage and CityIce Cold Storage in Seattle; Flint River Services, Albany, Ga.; Terminal Freezers, Oxnard, Calif.; and Richmond Cold Storage Co., Richmond, Va.
