Don Stebbins, CEO of vehicle components maker Visteon Corp., announced his resignation from the company, which has been the subject of takeover speculation, Bloomberg reported.

Stebbins, who led Visteon out of bankruptcy in 2010, was replaced by Tim Leuliette on an interim basis while Visteon’s board looks for a new CEO.
