Sen. Jay Rockefeller (D-W.Va.), the chairman of the Commerce, Science and Transportation Committee, gave a farewell address on the Senate floor Dec. 4. Rockefeller will be leaving the Senate at the end of this congressional session after serving in the boince 1985.
