True North Fleet Services announced a partnership with Baton Rouge, La.-based Total Tire Solutions, expanding its presence in the southern U.S. and adding heavy-duty, industrial and agricultural vehicle repair services.

According to a , the partnership aligns with True North’s strategy of building a national platform of fleet maintenance and repair providers while supporting founder-led businesses as the industry consolidates.

“We’re pleased to welcome Aubrey ‘Lynn’ Wiggins Jr. and his team to the True North platform and support them in their next phase of growth,” True North CEO Gary Price said. He cited Total Tire’s service offerings and customer approach as factors supporting the partnership.

Total Tire was founded in 2006 by Wiggins and his wife, Michelle, and operates from locations in Baton Rouge, Broussard and Kenner, La. The company provides commercial tire sales and repair services for trucks, trailers, specialty vehicles and heavy equipment.



Its services include tire sales and repairs, tire pressure monitoring system maintenance, brake, steering and suspension repairs, wheel services and 24/7 roadside assistance.

As part of the partnership, Total Tire will gain access to True North’s systems, administrative services and capital resources, which the companies said will support operational growth.

“This partnership is a significant milestone for our business and a credit to the enduring loyalty of our customers and the work of our talented team,” Wiggins said. He added that the company plans to continue providing service to customers in Baton Rouge and southern Louisiana while developing its products and services.

The Total Tire partnership follows True North’s previously announced investments in Georgia-based Elite Diesel and Myles Truck Repair as well as PennFleet in Philadelphia and Billy Bob’s Repair & Tire in San Antonio. True North is supported by Garnett Station Partners, a New York-based investment firm.
