TMSi Logistics Buys Griffin Global

TMSi Logistics, Portsmouth, N.H., said it has acquired Reno, Nev.-based Griffin Global Logistics Inc. for an undisclosed sum.

TMSi Logistics��said the move will enhance its warehousing services, technology solutions and add international transportation to its service portfolio.

“This acquisition is expected to facilitate TMSi’s entry into new markets and participation in international transportation bids,” TMSi Logistics chairman Ron Cain said.
