Shipper-Carrier Code Stalls on Language

Efforts to create a “best practices” guide for shippers and motor carriers are stalled, according to the two groups involved in the project.

The Truckload Carriers Association and the National Industrial Transportation League can’t agree on five words of the code that the two groups have worked for nearly two years to develop.
