Schneider to Use Oracle Software System
Truckload carrier Schneider National has selected Oracle to supply infrastructure software for its integrated transaction and data enterprise software system, Oracle said Monday.
The goal is to equip the company for 鈥渟ignificant domestic and global growth while continuing its commitment to continually improve the customer experience,鈥 Oracle said in a statement.
鈥淲ith Oracle, we are embarking on a significant transformation that enables growth, operational excellence, and improves the customer experience,鈥 said Judy Lemke, Schneider鈥檚 chief information officer.
Schneider is ranked No. 8 on the 2007 Transport Topics 100 listing of U.S. and Canadian for-hire carriers.
