Supply chain software company Robocom Systems International said it has acquired Accord Software Inc. Terms were not disclosed.

Accord Software is the provider of Centerline TMS Trucking Software, a transportation management system for trucking companies.

Robocom said the transaction was its third supply chain software acquisition in 2011.

Robocom offers software for transportation and warehouse management, voice technology and order and labor managemen
