QualaWash Holdings said it has acquired Shreveport Tank Wash and Tank Wash Specialists. Terms were not disclosed.

QualaWash, Tampa, Fla., provides commercial cleaning services to the portable bulk container industry.

“I expect QualaWash to continue expansion efforts like this where it makes sense in 2013,” said Mike Bauer, CEO of QualaWash.
