Tanker-cleaning provider Quala said it has expanded its network by acquiring Cronbaugh Tank Wash of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Financial terms were not disclosed.

“This acquisition directly aligns with our future growth strategy as we continue to add scale to our operations and maximize our service offering into new markets,” CEO Mike Bauer said in a Dec. 23 statement.

Quala said the newly-acquired facility offers food-grade tank cleaning for liquid and dry bulk trailers.

The site features two food-grade cleaning bays, two tractor-trailer maintenance bays and an on-site truck scale, the Tampa, Florida-based company said.
