OIA Global, a supply chain management company, has acquired Kentucky-based U.S. Worldwide Logistics. Terms were not disclosed.

OIA said the acquisition builds its client base in the Cincinnati–Northern Kentucky metropolitan area and “is an important step in our overall growth strategy.”

“We will continue to look for these types of acquisitions in the future provided they are strategic to our business, help grow our brand, expand our global network,” said OIA Global CEO, Charlie Hornecker.

OIA i subsidiary of LDI Ltd., a holding company based in Indianapolis, originally founded in 1912 to manufacture corrugated boxes. LDI��has interests in distribution, manufacturing and logistics businesses.
