FedEx Ground鈥檚 Lesniowski Wins New Jersey Grand Champion Title
WOODBRIDGE, N.J. 鈥 The Garden State鈥檚 trucking world has a new Grand Champion in Artur Lesniowski.

The FedEx Ground driver took home top honors at the New Jersey Truck Driving Championships on June 22 after an impressive win in the 4-Axle class.
Lesniowski recorded the tournament鈥檚 top score on a course marked by an advanced parking challenge and precision maneuvering, and he also recorded the highest score in the Pre-Trip inspection.

Carlose London Leads Contingent of Jersey Boys Bound for Ohio and NTDC
No train, no gain. That鈥檚 the London family mantra captured in four short words. 鈥淵ou can鈥檛 get lazy,鈥 said Jaylen London, whose father, Carlose, took home Grand Champion at the New Jersey truck safety tournament June 23.
鈥淚 just like to motivate him, just make sure he鈥檚 working and especially studying,鈥 he said. 鈥淪tudying is like a big part of this job.鈥
The junior London joined dozens of spectators on a cloudy afternoon in Central Jersey to root for his father, a driver with XPO Logistics. Carlose excelled in the 4-axle at a makeshift skills course at the APA Hotel Woodbridge, Exit 131A off the Garden State Parkway northbound.
