Meridian IQ Names John Carr President of Americas and Europe
YRC Worldwide subsidiary Meridian IQ said Thursday it named John Carr to the newly created position of president of the Americas and Europe regions.
Carr will be responsible for operations of business units in those areas for the logistics management unit and will report to Jim Ritchie, Meridian IQ’s chief execut officer.Carr was formerly president of global supply chain management for air-cargo firm BAX Global.YRC Worldwide is ranked No. 3 on the 2006 Transport Topics 100 listing of North American for-hire carriers.
