Logistics and intermodal firm Hub Group’s second-quarter profit rose 16% to $9.6 million, or 26 cents a share, from $8.3 million, or 22 cents, a year ago.

Revenue rose 26% to $458.1 million, company said late Wednesday.

Intermodal revenue rose 26% to $320 million, brokeragevenue increased 21% to $86 million and Unyson Logistics revenue gained 38% to $52 million.
