Great Dane Trailers said Wednesday it has acquired Johnson Refrigerated Truck Bodies, which makes insulated fiberglass refrigerated truck bodies. Terms were not released.

Johnson, Rice Lake, Wis., was founded in 1932, and its addition will be a “strategic addition” to the Great Dane’s sales platform, Great Dane said in a statement.

Jon makes truck bodies and trailers that range from 8- to 36-feet in length.
