General Freight Services Names New President
CEO to Take Additional Role as Chairman
Third-party logistics firm General Freight Services Tuesday named Gregory Sebolt to be its president and chief operating officer.
Sebolt will take responsibility for day-to-day management of the company, including operations, sales and marketing, customer retention, profitability, vendor relationship and human resources.Daniel Smith, formerly president and chief executive officer, will remain CEO and also become the company鈥檚 chairman.Smith will focus on strategic acquisitions, international expansion and strategic partnerships, the company said.
