Gabrielli Truck Sales Buys Coopersburg and Liberty Kenworth

Gabrielli Truck Sales acquired Coopersburg and Liberty Kenworth, extending its dealership network into Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley and South Jersey, the company announced in August.
The deal brings Gabrielli’s full-service dealership count in the Northeast to more than 25.
Coopersburg and Liberty Kenworth operates four locations in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is known for carrying one of the region’s largest semi-truck inventories. Its lineup includes Kenworth models, such as the T680, T880, W900 and W990, along with used trucks from Peterbilt, Mack, Freightliner and International. The company also runs certified service centers, parts departments and a truck body shop at its Coopersburg, Pa., location.
New York City-based Gabrielli said the acquisition expands resources available to fleets and independent drivers, including access to a wider inventory, service facilities and financing.
“We are excited to welcome their team, customers and community into the Gabrielli family,” the company said in a statement. “This acquisition allows us to better serve fleets and owner-operators across the region with the quality, speed and trust they’ve come to expect.”
The dealerships’ existing staff will remain in place under Gabrielli ownership, the company said.
