FleetPride Inc., an aftermarket distributor of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts, said it completed its acquisition of Midway Truck Parts.ÌýTerms were not disclosed.

The acquisition includes 13 locations in Illinois and one in St. Louis, The Woodlands, Texas-based FleetPde said in a statement.

Midway’s trailer sales and service division is not part of the purchase agreement and will continue to operate as a separate company.
