Express-1 Reports Improved 1Q Profit
Express-1 Expedited Solutions said Thursday it earned $643,000, or 2 cents a share, in the first quarter, up from $461,000, or 2 cents, a year ago.
The ground expedited carrier’s revenue more than doubled, to $25 million, from $11.5 million last year.
Income from operations rose 44% to $1.1 million, the company said in a statement.
