Expeditors’ 2Q Profit Rises
Logistics firm Expeditors International of Washington’s second-quarter profit rose 16% to $65.5 million or 30 cents a share, from $56.3 million or 25 cents a year ago.
Net revenue rose 12% to $354.8 million, the company said Tuesday, while total revenue gained 11% to $1.3 billion.
Seattle-based Expeditors International of Washington is ranked No. 18 on the Transport Topics Logistics 50 listing of North American logistics companies.
