Expeditors’ 1Q Profit Drops 11%
Logistics firm Expeditors International of Washington’s first-quarter net income fell 11% to $59.3 million, or 27 cents a share, from $66.5 million, or 30 cents, a year ago.
Revenue fell 30% to $912.7 million, the company said late Wednesday. Net revenue fell 10% to $336.5 million.
Seattle-based Expeditors International of Washington is ranked No. 18 on the Transport Topics Logistics 50 listing of North American logistics companies.
