Existing home sales rose 3.9% in February, the most in three years, the National Association of Realtors said Friday.The level rose to an annual rate of 6.69 million homes, from January’s 6.44 million, NAR said.Sales fell 3.6% from a year earlier, the group said.Existing home sales account for 85% of the residential real estate market in the United States. When a home is sold, trucks are usually used to transport household appliances and furniture.
