England Logistics said Tuesday it bought software maker TMS Technologies for an undisclosed sum.

TMS Technologies’ products include back-office applications for brokers, and customer-facing features such as freight tracking, load billing and analytics, England said.

England Logistics is the logistics arm of truckload carrier C.R. England Inc., Salt Lake City.
