Canadian carrier Contrans Group said Monday it has acquired Deuce Disposal Ltd., a waste-collection firm based in Alberta.

Terms were not released, but Contrans said it expects the acquisition to produce annual revenue of about C$9 million.

Deuce Disposal provides a range of waste-collection services including residential waste-collection and recycling, cercial waste collection andÌýmetals processing, Contrans said.

Contrans Group is ranked No. 63 on the Transport Topics Top 100 listing of U.S. and Canadian for-hire carriers.
