Commercial Vehicle Group reported a second-quarter profit compared with a loss last year, the truck and auto components maker said.

Net income rose to $13.2 million, or 46 cents per share, from a loss of $2.1 million, or eight cents, a year ago.

Revenue rose 17% to $206.8 million, the New Albany, Ohio-based manufacturer said.
