Freight forwarder Clark Holdings said that its income fell to $649,000, or 8 cents per share, in the second quarter, compared with $751,000, or 7 cents, a year ago.

Revenue grew to $18.8 million in the quarter ended July 3, from $16.5 million the previous year.
