Cass Buys Ocean, Airfreight Audit Specialist AcuAudit
Acuitive to Focus on Expedited Shipping Solutions Following Sale
Cass Information Systems bought ocean and international airfreight audit provider AcuAudit for an undisclosed sum from Acuitive Solutions, it said.

Cass is stepping up its audit operations, previously inking a strategic partnership with Brazilian audit provider Lupeon in November. Cass already offered audit provisions for other South American nations.
Acuitive President Phil Marlowe will provide strategic and industry advice to Cass following the latest deal.

Following the sale, Acuitive intends to concentrate on expanding its expedited shipment routing and multicarrier parcel manifesting solutions for the retail and fashion industries.听
