The American Transportation Research Institute said Tuesday it has launched a survey to identify the impacts of theÌýfederal Compliance, Safety, Accountability program.

The survey is also aimed at gauging carriers’ perceptions and attitudes toward the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s new regulatory program.
