APL Logistics said it has acquired U.S. Customs brokerage firm Carmichael International Service. No terms were disclosed.

Carmichael International offers customs brokerage, trade compliance andÌýconsulting, and has worked with APL for the past 20 years, APL said in a statement.

APL Logistics is ranked No. 15 on the Transport Topics Top 50 list of the largest logistics companies in the United States and Canada.
