WABCO Holdings said Tuesday that the company’s chief executive officer, Jacques Esculier, will become the company’s chairman in May.

He will take the dual role following WABCO’s annual shareholders meeting on May 28. Wabco Holdings is based in Brussels, Belgium.

Wabco Vehicle Control Systems makes electronic braking, stability, suspension and transmission automation systems for heavy-duty commercial vehicles.
