Marcia Taylor, president of Bennett International Group, was presented the Influential Woman in Trucking award March 25 at the Truckload Carriers Association’s annual meeting in Grapevine, Texas.

The award, in its fourth year, is co-sponsored by Navistar International Corp. and the Women In Trucking Association. It recognizes women in the industry who make or influence key decisions, have a proven record of responsibility, and mentor and serve as a role model to other women.

“Women make a difference in the trucking industry every day, and the goal of the Influential Woman in Trucking award is to shine a spotlight on their contributions,” said Jan Allman, Navistar’s vice president of manufacturing.
