Food-services provider Sysco Corp. said Monday its fiscal second-quarter net income rose 16% to $236.7 million or 38 cents a share, from $204.2 million or 33 cents a year earlier.Revenue rose 8% to $8.57 billion, the company said in a statement.The earnings wer in line with Wall Street analysts’ forecasts, the Associated Press reported. Sysco Corp. is ranked No. 1 on the Transport Topics 100 listing of private North American carriers.
