Bartlett Lifting Devices, a Chicago-based company, will become a division of Kalmar Industries USA, Ottawa, Kan., Kalmar announced lmonth.

Kalmar’s parent company, Kalmar Industries in Sweden, is a supplier of mobile container and trailer handling equipment for ports and container and inland terminals.

Among Bartlett’s products is a hydraulic fifth-wheel model that allows converted tractors to haul cargo and spot trailers. It also makes fifth wheels for trailer tipping.
