Sunniva Acquires LTYR Logistics
Sunniva Inc. has acquired LTYR Logistics, a California-based cannabis distribution company headquartered in San Diego, according to a Sunniva news release.
Sunniva, based in Calgary, Alberta, is a vertically integrated cannabis company operating in two of the world’s largest cannabis markets: Canada and California.
Sunniva said various LTYR leaders joined Sunniva in management roles. Sunniva said the LTYR officials will help the companies deal with cannabis-compliance rules. LTYR Logistics CEO Kevin Wilkerson said compliant cultivation is necessary in California for the future success of any distribution company or retail chain.Ìý
