Chemical management services company Rinchem Co. announced it acquired Carolina Tank Lines, a carrier based in Burlington, N.C.

“Our acquisition strategy is focused on adding partners based on specific capabilities that add to the growing suites of services offered by our business,” Chuck Breinholt, CEO of Albuquerque, N.M.-based Rinchem, said in a release. “CTL’s customer base will broaden Rinchem’s future abilities and help us expand our expertise in the pharmaceutical transportation and management areas.”
