Third-party logistics firm RedStone Logistics said it has acquired Headhaul.com, a logistics services company. Terms were not disclosed.

RedStone Logistics, based in Overland Park, Kan., said it plans to leverage Headhaul’s “concierge service,” which offers one-to-one monitoring of client shipments.

Headhaul employees will integrate into the RedStone Logistics staff over the next 30 days, RedStone said.
