Third-party logistics provider Radiant Logistics Inc. said it has acquired On Time Express Inc., a time-critical domestic and international logistics company.

On Time, based in Phoenix��serves customers in the aviation, medical device, automotive and furniture industries, Radiant said in an Oct. 1 statement.

“We are constantly looking for ways to bring value to our network participants, and we believe this transaction truly delivers,” Radiant CEO Bohn Crain said in the statement. “OTE brings Radiant a div and unique service offering along with a best-of-class domestic linehaul structure that is poised for expansion.”

Radiant, based in Bellevue, Wash.,��will pay $20 million for the company, including potential bonuses based on On Time’s financial performance.

Radiant will operate On Time as a subsidiary of its Radiant Transportation Services Inc. unit.
