Peoples Services Buys B&M Storage
Peoples Services expanded its warehouse footprint in the Southeast with the purchase of the assets of Winston-Salem, N.C.-based B&M Storage & Distribution. The deal adds about 90,000 square feet of storage space, including 60,000 square feet of freezer space.
B&M will now operate as a fully owned subsidiary of Peoples Services with the name Total Distribution Inc.
Family-owned Peoples Services provides storage and logistics operations. The Canton, Ohio-based firm operates more than 6.5 million square feet of contract and public warehouse space in 37 facilities in six states from Michigan to South Carolina.Ìý
