Nova Subsidiary Harbor Logistics Acquires ATS Logistics

Middle-market infrastructure investment firm Nova Infrastructure announced that Harbor Logistics, one of Nova鈥檚 existing portfolio companies, acquired ATS Logistics Inc., a provider of transportation and warehousing services in Charleston, S.C.
Terms were not disclosed.
ATS will operate as part of the growing Harbor Logistics platform, which made its first investment in the Charleston transportation and logistics sector in 2021, according to New York-based Nova.
